It's so important to have an outstanding open line of communication with your Realtor, this reducess the stress and fear of moving across the country to a neighborhood you're unfamiliar with. This goes beyond relocation... Years ago I created a Facebook Group called "Moving to Tucson" because I felt that searching for a home online wasn't enough when planning a move from out of state. There's so many questions like: what's the weather like all year round, best hiking trails and golf courses, is there a community splash pad in the neighboorhood of your dream home, nearest hospital, is there a library within walking distance, things to do, and more.
